windows cannot load my scan profile.

Step1.

First check print spooler service.

Ope run menu type services.msc

Now find out print spooler service and right click properties then restart the service.


Step2.

Open Control Panel

Devices & Printers

Select your printer/scanner

then right click see any open to scan if yes then click it or set as default

if not found any scan open so reinstall complete drivers.


Step3.

if still not success install HP SCAN and fax doctor then finally resolve.
